Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and project requirements may be defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, subscription, or other written agreement.
Software, Plugins, and Digital Products
SE TN Consultants may offer software, WordPress plugins, reports, assessments, templates, downloads, and other digital products in both free and paid versions.
Use of certain software or digital products may be subject to additional licensing or product-specific terms.
Paid software subscriptions may include access to premium functionality, updates, support, license activation, connected-domain privileges, or other features according to the plan purchased.
Free software editions may contain fewer features than paid editions and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our discretion.
Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit proprietary SE TN Consultants software or digital products.
Subscriptions and Renewals
Certain products and services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges according to the billing frequency and price disclosed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel an eligible subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and any product-specific terms presented at purchase.
Professional Services
Professional consulting and implementation services may require a separate proposal, statement of work, estimate, contract, or other written agreement.
Where a separate written agreement exists, its project-specific terms will control in the event of a direct conflict with these general Terms of Service.
Changes in project scope, additional work, third-party costs, or services requested outside an agreed scope may result in additional fees.
No Guarantee of Results
Marketing, advertising, SEO, AI discoverability, technology, ecommerce, and business consulting involve numerous factors outside the control of SE TN Consultants.
SE TN Consultants does not guarantee specific:
- Search engine rankings
- AI platform inclusion, citation, recommendation, or visibility
- Website traffic
- Lead volume
- Conversion rates
- Sales performance
- Advertising performance
- Revenue increases
- Business outcomes
We provide professional recommendations, technology, strategies, and implementation services based on available information, industry experience, and generally accepted practices.
Search engines, AI platforms, advertising networks, social networks, ecommerce platforms, and other third parties independently determine how their systems operate and may change their technologies, algorithms, policies, or requirements at any time.
AI and Automated Technologies
SE TN Consultants may use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to assist with research, analysis, content development, website assessments, structured data, reporting, software functionality, and delivery of certain services.
AI-generated or AI-assisted information may contain errors or become outdated. Where appropriate, customers and users should independently review information before relying upon it for material business, financial, legal, or other decisions.
Use of our products or services does not guarantee that third-party AI systems will discover, index, cite, recommend, display, or otherwise use your information.
Client and User Responsibilities
Clients and users agree to provide accurate and lawful information and, where applicable:
- Provide timely approvals and feedback;
- Provide appropriate access to required systems;
- Maintain appropriate backups and security practices;
- Possess the necessary rights to content, trademarks, images, data, and other materials supplied to us;
- Maintain required third-party accounts, licenses, or subscriptions; and
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry requirements, and platform policies.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving their own business claims, advertising, website content, regulatory statements, privacy practices, and other materials where legally required.
Third-Party Platforms and Services
SE TN Consultants works with and integrates with numerous third-party technologies and service providers. These may include platforms operated by Google, Microsoft, Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, LocalIQ, Bridge Connect, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, AI platforms, and other technology companies.
Third-party platforms operate independently from SE TN Consultants.
We are not responsible for outages, service interruptions, account suspensions, security incidents, pricing changes, algorithm changes, policy changes, API modifications, discontinued functionality, or other actions taken by third-party providers.
Use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Accounts and Security
Certain products or services may require an account, license key, API credential, or other authentication method.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts.
You agree not to attempt to circumvent licensing restrictions, security controls, access limitations, or other technical protections associated with our websites, software, or services.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, SE TN Consultants retains all rights in its proprietary software, methodologies, processes, documentation, reports, graphics, website content, branding, templates, technology, and other intellectual property.
Client-owned content, trademarks, data, and other materials supplied by a client remain the property of the client or their respective rights holders.
Ownership of custom work created for a client may be governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, license, or service agreement.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our websites, products, software, or services to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations;
- Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Introduce malware or malicious code;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- Circumvent licensing, security, or access controls;
- Disrupt the operation of our websites, software, infrastructure, or services; or
- Use our services for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and other applicable privacy notices.
Use of certain third-party services may also be governed by the privacy practices of those providers.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, subscription cancellations, and related billing matters are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with any specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase or included in a separate service agreement.
Service Availability and Modifications
We may modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue website functionality, free resources, software features, integrations, or services when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of our websites, software, or digital services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our websites, general informational resources, and software are provided on an “as available” basis except where specific warranties are expressly provided in writing.
We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties to the extent such disclaimers are permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SE TN Consultants, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our websites, products, software, or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, products, technologies, business practices, or legal requirements.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision. Continued use of our websites, products, or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
