Where we process personal information solely on behalf of a client, the client remains responsible for determining the lawful purposes and means of processing. Such processing may be governed by our DPA and the applicable client agreement.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of exchanging personal information directly for money.

SE TN Consultants does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party platforms.
