Keep each website’s organization data, Topics, schema, and relationships specific to that site. Do not copy a client’s structured data wholesale to another client site.
Connected Domains
Use Connected Domains to see which websites consume seats on a multi-site license.
Review this list periodically and disconnect retired, migrated, or no-longer-managed websites so your seat count remains accurate.
Moving an Activation
Before moving an activation, deactivate or disconnect the old site where practical. Then activate the replacement site and confirm it appears in your account.
For site migrations, avoid leaving both production and temporary copies permanently activated unless your license permits it.
Agency License Management
Use one consistent internal process for client deployments: record the client domain, plan, activation date, current plugin version, and responsible team member.
When an engagement ends, disconnect the domain if the license belongs to your agency rather than the client.
Client Privacy
Agency account views should expose only the information needed to manage licenses and domains.
Do not store client passwords, private analytics, or unrelated confidential information in SETN license notes or public support requests.
