SETN Schema Builder subscriptions include a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the software before your first payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
Once your trial ends and your subscription begins, subscription fees are generally non-refundable because you have already had the opportunity to evaluate the product during the free trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
We may, at our sole discretion, provide a one-time courtesy refund in exceptional circumstances, such as accidental first-time billing or verified technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as intended and cannot be resolved by our support team.
